But even a slightly raised toe sets off a cascade of problems, deactivating the foot arches, especially the transverse arch. This causes a hard impact on the back of the foot, stomping on the heel and burdening the Achilles, knees, lumbar discs, and cervical spine. Last but not least, This also cultivates a bulging tummy due to the deactivated inner abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.

True (to) barefoot
Barefoot footwear promotes healthy movement and gives your feet more room than shoes with narrow toe boxes and hard soles. It is designed to mimic barefoot walking as closely as possible. A thin and flexible sole allows the foot to move more naturally and feel the surface it is walking on.
